Imagine you are standing on a mountain looking down on a valley below and in your mind you are there.Look up at the stars, pick one, in your mind you can go there.. instantly and it will be however you imagine it to be, a world of your own making, strange and beautiful or haunting and inhospitable.
My songs are planets to me, each one an individual world of emotional landscapes imagined in my mind and realized through music. Strange and beautiful sweeping vistas, haunting melencholy, devestated landscapes and tortured souls all reside in the music.
And in the end I don't feel like I found the music to write, it finds me.
